All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Panvel, Navi Mumbai – 410206, through our trusted delivery partners.
Shipping Within India
For small orders, dispatch time is 24–48 hours.
For bulk orders, manufacturing requires 3 days, and the order will be dispatched on the 4th day.
Delivery time is 2–3 days after dispatch for Mumbai and 4–5 days for the rest of India.
Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, natural events, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We take great care in delivering high-quality products and ensure that each order meets our quality standards. As a general policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
However, if your product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us through the WhatsApp chat available on our website and provide the details within 12 hours of delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
